On Thursday December 1st, 2022, sweet Elena Morris was suddenly diagnosed with Leukemia. She was immediately transferred to MD Anderson in Houston where she has been receiving treatment. She has a long road ahead with years of medical procedures and chemo treatments.
The financial strain on her parents Mitch, Ashley, and baby sister Quinn is devastating. Health insurance does not even begin to alleviate these costs.
The goal of this fundraiser is to offset the aftermath of lifesaving medical treatment. The cure rate for Elena’s leukemia is >95%. The hope is that they do not have to face this financial challenge as severely after Elena is cured.
