Elena De Hoyos’ Medical Expenses

On Friday November 3rd, our mom, Elena De Hoyos, suffered a subdural spinal hematoma rupture causing massive internal bleeding. She's was flown to San Antonio for surgery to remove the hemorrhage but were unsuccessful. Unfortunately this has led to her being paralyzed from the waist down. After being released from the hospital she will need physical therapy and occupational therapy. Our dad has been with her every step of the way not leaving her side. We have been taking turns being with her and our dad coming back and forth from San Antonio. Our mom was very active and played a major role in her grandkids extra curricular activities. As much as she would hate to ask for help. We are asking for any donations on behalf of our family to help with medical bills and travel expenses.
