Restore Stolen Drum Set for Musician

My drum set was stolen out of my buddy's garage a couple of months ago, along with my cymbals, stands, drum rug, and new drumheads. My entire drum setup is gone. I had been meaning to get in there and start playing again but didn't have the time due to a flooded apartment. People broke off his sliding bay door and stole everything in there. Drumset alone is $1400. Cymbals are $1000. Stands will be over $600. Drum rug is $180. New drum throne i just bought costs $300. Dtum pedals $500. Plus drumheads. I haven't even been able to play this kit once and I was about to start playing again. The goal is to raise enough money to buy an electric kit to put in my apartment so I don't have to go elsewhere to play. Along with bass drum pedals and my new drum throne that were stolen.
