Electric Quill Tattoo Shop Fire
Donation protected
Electric Quill Tattoo shop is seeking support after the total loss of their building in the downtown fire in Springfield Il. The 15,000 gallons of water used to fight the blaze caused the top floors of the building to collapse down into the tattoo shop located on the first floor. The building was declared a total loss and the city ordered an immediate demolition for public safety.
The owner, Steve Lima along with his 5 other artists lost almost all of their supplies and equipment, along with personal artifacts used at each artists station. Steve and the girls need help getting back on their feet, so they can repurchase supplies and machines needed to work in temporary locations while they look for a new permanent home for their shop.
We are heartbroken over this loss and look forward to seeing you all again soon when we find a new location.
