Electric Bike Needed After Surgery
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Eric. Two months ago, I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis that suddenly caused my legs to stop working. I spent weeks in the hospital, undergoing tests and treatments that led to an intense neck surgery. Thanks to an incredible medical team, the surgery was a success, and I’m now on the road to recovery.
Rebuilding strength in my legs is going to take time and hard work. Right now, walking long distances is extremely challenging, and riding a traditional bike (my typical mode of transportation, since I don’t drive) is simply not possible. That’s why I’m starting this GoFundMe: to raise enough money to purchase an electric bicycle that will help me get around safely and regain the independence I’ve lost.
My goal is to raise $1,000, which will cover the cost of a quality electric bike, a helmet, and a sturdy lock. Any contribution—no matter how small—will bring me one step closer to getting back on the road and reclaiming my independence.
Thank you for reading my story, donating if you can, and sharing this campaign with others. Your support means so much.
