I am a member of one of the many choirs which Eleanor supports with genuine enthusiasm and love. Apart from her fantastic musical qualities, she brings such positivity and personal support on each encounter. It is a pleasure to be part of her community.

Eleanor has recently been diagnosed with HER2+ breast cancer, has just begun treatment and is being taken great care of at the RVI and Freeman Hospitals.

As a representative of one of these choirs (and having spoken to appointed members of other choirs) we want to make sure that as a self employed person Eleanor is not out of pocket during her absence and convalescence from choirs and also from personal performances.

There is some limited support already in place from some of the choirs; and goodwill from others to support further. Whilst Eleanor has not asked for anything and suggests we set a "zero" target the choirs I have talked with believe it would be useful to set up a GoFundMe with an initial £1,000 target which can be amended as we go along; and if she is happy to do so we can incorporate news from time to time.

Whilst anyone is free to lodge donations with messages of support there has been a request from the choir committees that the preference is for donations to be made anonymously. Thank you.
