2020 has been rough for all of us. Our dear mother, a single mother of six, grandmother of 27, and a great grandmother of 5, Eleanor Cummings, has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and given a few short weeks to live. Eleanor devoted 23 years to public service. She served as a New York State Correctional Officer. Eleanor assisted in the reform process of prisoners while at the same time maintaining facility safety, order, and discipline. While she was maintaining the safety of the community and raising her family, she continually put others first. Now, her health has deteriorated and she lacks the funds to pay for end of life medical care and funeral expenses. It is with a sad and heavy heart that we need to ask for help cover these costs. Any donation you can help with will be greatly appreciated. Any unused funds will then be donated to similar GoFundMe accounts to help others in their time of need. Our goal is fifteen thousand dollars. Thank you in advance for your prayers and donations.
