I'm disabled and nonbinary. I can't get disability in my (red) state because the rules and regulations are purposely made to make it hard to get. I'm basically stuck where I am with no resources of my own.

I'm 35 years old and I take care of my mother who has MS. Our relationship can be rocky at times and I'd like to have a nest egg to be able to leave if I need to. Any little bit helps.
