Elderly man needs help in PR due to Fiona

Hi, my name is Daynel Laureano and my elderly father has lived in Puerto Rico all of his life. Fiona has left him and his neighbors with no electricity, and all food in fridge has spoiled. He is on limited income and needs help buying groceries and other necessities that were damaged during the storm. He relies on his neighbor to get to the stores and get food. My father is 66 years old and disabled. We are asking for any help you can give.
