James Challancin needs help paying light bill

I am trying to raise money for James Challancin, a disabled elderly man to help pay his light bill.  In summary, I helped James get help from Rebuild Florida after 3 years of denials from FEMA and rebuild Florida.  Hurricane Irma blew out his windows and plywood has been put over his windows, and he had severe roof damage, and mold.  All the damage from Hurricane Irma has raised his light bill to $200 a month.  His only income is a disability check and he struggles every month to pay his light bill.  He has had 5 heart attacks and 3 hip replacements.  We are still waiting on Rebuild Florida to help as promised.
