Help elderly couple who lost home and belongings

Dear friends,

I am collecting funds for an elderly couple, 83-year-old grandma and 85-year-old grandpa, who lost their home and all of their belongings (the picture above is of their house now). You can view a short video of the damage uploaded in this YouTube link.

On Tuesday November 8th, this couple’s home in Tijuana, where they live, was hit by a mudslide due to heavy rains, which caused severe damage. The house was completely flooded, and all their belongings were destroyed or washed away: clothes, shoes, bedsheets, kitchen supplies, and photo albums.

They are currently living outside of the house and are devastated by losing all of their life memories.

The money collected will support restoring their house and purchasing basic necessities.
