The Devore's had a house fire a year ago and they have been rebuilding the property, we are $25,000 short of what we need to get everything paid and get moved back into the house. We have been staying in a rental house while we have been waiting for everything to get finished. It has exhausted our funds. Insurance covered much of the expense, but not everything. Which brings us to where we are now. My wife had major back surgery in January and the house we are renting has steps to get into it. She is unable to use these steps. the house we will move back into does not have any steps so she will be able to move easier. We are in our 70's so it is not easy for me to get her up the ramp into our present house. We need to get back into our house by the end of April so we can stop paying both rent and mortgage.
