Elderly couple in need of support after fire

On Sunday February 26th my elderly parents Bill and Julie lost everything due to an apartment fire. My parents lived on the first floor of a 2 story building. The fire erupted in the apartment above theirs. It took firefighters over an hour to control the flames. Unfortunately the amount of water used caused the ceilings to collapse. My parents home and furnishings were completely covered with water and heavy smoke damage. There’s very little that can be saved besides some pictures, a little clothing and keepsakes. My dad, who is a retired Vietnam veteran has many health conditions including cancer. My father also has special needs including cancer treatments and constant oxygen. My mother spends her days caring for my father. Due to the total loss my parents are obviously devastated and worried about finding another home and furnishings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
