Elder Veteran couple scammed out of life savings

Hi. Recently my elderly in-laws Ernest Harris and his loving wife were coerced and scammed out of their entire life savings.

The impact of this has devastated my family for countless reasons; as it is possible that they may lose everything (house, car, etc) and currently cannot even afford basic necessities.

The situation is increasingly dire as Ernest is a Vietnam Veteran who has suffered the last 50+ years from the egregious effects of agent orange and debilitating PTSD symptoms due to his deployment as a Preventative Medicine Specialist amidst the height of combat.

To make a heartbreaking situation even more difficult, Ernest was recently diagnosed with cancer and now can no longer fund his medical surgeries or care.

I ask of our communities to please reach inside your hearts and share whatever monetary donations, prayers, or well-wishes you can spare, as the future of these loving and generous community members looks increasingly perilous, at best.
