Elana Leston Is Pregnant and Has Cancer

My best friend’s daughter is Elana Leston, and she’s like a niece to me. (Many of you already know her mom Yafa Baer.) Elana and her husband Oren are expecting their first child in August and they just found out Elana has Papillary Thyroid Cancer.

Thank you for helping us reach our initial goal of $8000 to help them with medical expenses! But because they have to see pregnancy/cancer specialists, their medical costs are going to be higher than expected, and their insurance will not cover all of it. So that is why we have raised the goal amount.
