Elaine's Legacy: Support for Her Loved Ones

With a heavy heart, we share the news of the untimely passing of our dear colleague and friend, Elaine Alicea. She was a dedicated AR/Billing and Collections team member, and her presence was a bright light to everyone around her. Elaine was a valued team member and a kind and compassionate individual who touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of working alongside her.

Elaine fought hard to overcome her health issues. In 2024, she had open-heart surgery to repair a valve in her heart. In February, it was determined that she needed a new heart, and on 2/24/25, she had a heart transplant.

In this time of grief, we want to honor her memory by coming together to provide her husband, Lou, and children, Louis Jr. and Jeannette, with the financial assistance they need during this incredibly difficult time. The funds raised will go toward funeral expenses, medical bills, and supporting her family members during this period of loss.
