One year ago today, we got off a plane in San Salvador, El Salvador to take part in a Macedonian Missionary Service missions trip. Our goal on that trip, which we ultimately accomplished, was to run Vacation Bible Schools (VBS) at two churches in the capital city (and surrounding area) and to be a blessing to their church members. I can’t even put into words what a blessing that trip was for our entire team. I was fortunate enough to take my wife and oldest son with me on that trip. We met so many great people, and made quite a few friends who we continue to talk to on a regular basis.

Well, a year from today we’ll be heading back to El Salvador with the same goal in mind (running VBS’s and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to these Salvadoran children). This time though, I’ll be going with my wife and our oldest three boys (along with the rest of our church team). So, we’re starting to raise funds now because this year will be over before we know it. If you can assist in any way, at any amount, it would be greatly appreciated.
