El Molino Track wants a repeat!
Donation protected
Thank you all for your support! Last year, our Men's Track Team accomplished our goal of placing 1st in the Sonoma County League! They completed an undefeated meet season and have many returning athletes back to hopefully repeat! Our ladies had multiple NCS qualifiers and look to build on their successes of last year.
We recognize the difficult situation our high school is in. In the middle of a budget deficit, many classes are being cut to help remedy the issue. Our track team is the last thing on our community's mind, and we respect and understand why. However, if you're able to share this with friends and family, maybe our cause can get to the East Coast and hopefully gain some support.
Your donations will directly contribute:
-A few new sets of track jerseys. Each year we swap out a handful of old ones for newer pairs. The hope is that turnover of a complete set happens every 3-4 years. This year, our goal is to purchase 10-15 new sets.
-New equipment for practice. Unfortunately, our high jump landing pad is still pretty beat up. With each jump, particles of dust, filling, and gunk get into our athletes eyes and mouths. This new product would provide a safe landing pad for our students.
-Meet fees. Each meet we travel to costs money per athlete. Exposure at track meets is the best thing for our athletes. This competition fee can be quite difficult to provide if we send our entire team to compete. Your support would provide our athletes with the funds to not have to turn down any opportunities.
Thank you again for sharing!
