Our friend Pinol — a beloved raid leader, community heart, and all-around amazing person — had her laptop suddenly break. We're not sure if it can be repaired, and replacing it is very expensive.

Without it, she can't play, hang out, or share those fun, chaotic moments we all love. We're putting this campaign together to help her get back online, whether through repairs or a new device.

"The Legend of Pinol and the Resurrection of the Mythical GPU

On a distant server of the MMO New World, there was a legend: Pinol, supreme leader of the "Tortilla del Fuego"(lol) company. With her enchanted bow and a laugh as contagious as someone who just bit into a taco with way too much hot sauce, she led raids with such excitement that even the mobs typed /sorry in the chat.

"¡Ándale cabrones! Let’s smack this boss like it’s the last tequila shot of the party!" she shouted, hyping up even the AFKs who hadn’t moved since last patch.

But then, during an epic raid against the dreaded boss The Sandwurm, tragedy struck:

her beloved graphics card died.

Literally. Smoke rose, alarms blared, and the GPU let out one final sigh, as if whispering:

"Don’t cry for me, Pinol… I was happy with you."

Pinol dropped to her knees, raised her fists to the heavens and screamed:

"For all the burritos in Mexico… NOOOOO!"

From that moment on, the server was never the same. Dungeons felt colder, enemies looked depressed, and even the frame rate dropped out of mourning.

But her company—loyal like a mariachi band playing outside your window at 3 a.m.—refused to let her go.

Churros, PepeTaco, JuanReloaded, and healer Lupita gathered in Discord and said:

"We can’t let our commander stay offline! She’s the only one who knows the dungeon route without using GPS!"

So, they launched a real-life legendary quest:

"Operation: Resurrection GPU"

Churros organized a nacho stand, PepeTaco sold useless skins from other games, and Lupita cast her most powerful healing spell:

"Bank transfer to Pinol’s account."

The community rallied together like melted cheese and fresh tortillas. Even a New World dev popped into global chat and said:

"Now THIS is the kind of player-generated content we live for!"

Finally, on July 7th, at exactly 7:07 AM (because in Mexico, any number is lucky if tequila’s involved), the new graphics card arrived.

A glorious RTX shining brighter than the desert sun on a chrome taco truck.

Pinol reconnected. When she entered the raid, everyone was there.

The boss dropped in 10 seconds.

The company cried.

Pinol smiled.

And someone shouted in chat:

"With that GPU, even refried beans render in 4K!"

Since then, the legend of Pinol lives on.

The warrior who fell… but came back stronger.

Because when hardware fails...

The company never lets you down, cabrón."

Nuestra amiga Pinol — líder de raids, alma de la comunidad y persona increíble — sufrió la pérdida repentina de su laptop. No sabemos si se puede reparar, y reemplazarla es muy costoso.

Sin su compu, no puede jugar, convivir ni compartir esos momentos divertidos y caóticos que tanto nos encantan. Creamos esta campaña para ayudarla a volver, ya sea con una reparación o con una nueva máquina.

"La Leyenda de Pinol y la Resurrección de la GPU Mítica

En un servidor lejano del MMO New World, existía una leyenda: Pinol, la líder suprema de la compañía "Tortilla del Fuego" (lol). Con su arco encantado y una risa tan contagiosa como la de alguien que acaba de morder un taco con demasiada salsa picante, lideraba las raids con tanta emoción que hasta los mobs escribían /sorry en el chat.

"¡Ándale cabrones! ¡Vamos a darle a este boss como si fuera el último shot de tequila de la fiesta!", gritaba, animando incluso a los AFK que no se habían movido desde el último parche.

Pero entonces, durante una raid épica contra el temido jefe El Sandwurm, ocurrió la tragedia:

su amada tarjeta gráfica murió.

Literalmente. Salió humo, sonaron alarmas, y la GPU soltó su último suspiro, como si susurrara:

"No llores por mí, Pinol… fui feliz contigo."

Pinol cayó de rodillas, alzó los puños al cielo y gritó:

"¡Por todos los burritos de México… NOOOOO!"

Desde ese momento, el servidor nunca volvió a ser el mismo. Las dungeons se sentían más frías, los enemigos más tristes, y hasta el framerate bajó de pura tristeza.

Pero su compañía —fiel como un mariachi tocando afuera de tu ventana a las 3 de la mañana— se negó a dejarla atrás.

Churros, PepeTaco, JuanReloaded y la healer Lupita se reunieron en Discord y dijeron:

"¡No podemos dejar que nuestra comandante se quede offline! ¡Es la única que se sabe la ruta de la dungeon sin usar GPS!"

Así que iniciaron una legendaria misión en la vida real:

"Operación: Resurrección de la GPU"

Churros organizó una rifa de nachos, PepeTaco vendió skins inútiles de otros juegos, y Lupita lanzó su hechizo de sanación más poderoso:

"Transferencia bancaria a la cuenta de Pinol."

La comunidad entera se unió como queso derretido con tortilla calientita. Incluso un desarrollador de New World apareció en el chat global y dijo:

"¡Este sí es el contenido generado por jugadores que nos encanta ver!"

Finalmente, el 7 de julio a las 7:07 AM (porque en México, cualquier número es de la suerte si hay tequila), llegó la nueva tarjeta gráfica.

Una gloriosa RTX brillando más que el sol del desierto sobre un carrito de tacos cromado.

Pinol se reconectó. Cuando entró a la raid, todos estaban ahí.

El jefe cayó en 10 segundos.

La compañía lloró.

Pinol sonrió.

Y alguien gritó en el chat:

"¡Con esa GPU, hasta los frijoles refritos se ven en 4K!"

Desde entonces, la leyenda de Pinol sigue viva.

La guerrera que cayó… pero volvió más fuerte.
