Saving Arlo

Hello my name is John Farmer. We run a group Decker terrier rescue and rehome.

Arlo was left in a house with his sibling and 9 puppies to fend for themselves, he was adopted and then returned to a different shelter for unknown reason. We are raising funds to have him neutered vaccines, heart worm testing. Please help so we can finally find Arlo his forever home.
