Jon Vokaty Memorial Fund

I do not have a Facebook page but I want to share this devastating news through my daughter's Facebook account. Jonathan Vokaty passed away on March 18th.  I was privileged to take care of this most wonderful person through his most difficult time with cystic fibrosis.  Then finally by the grace of God he had a lung transplant.  We were thrilled and Jon did well.  His Mom, Dad and brothers were his everything and boy did they love him. 
Now ..shockingly it's over ..just when they thought it was the beginning. They sacrificed so much in their life with such grace. 


Please help in any way you can. If not monetarily please remember this wonderful family in your prayers.
