Lamont’s Road to Recovery

Hi, my name is Hannah, and I’m fundraising for my father-in-law Lamont. He was involved in a very serious motorcycle accident back in November, where he was hit broad sided by a box truck.

The accident has resulted in significant injuries where he lost his left leg and the most serious of them all, a traumatic brain injury. Lamont was in a coma for a month, but has been opening his eyes and making small improvements.  It has been a slow road to recovery and insurance has now stopped coverage on his rehab because they haven’t seen “significant enough” improvements.  

Lamont needs continuous round the clock care for a fighting chance and without insurance coverage this has put the Cunninghams in an impossible financial situation.  The family needs to focus on helping Lamont heal, but the burden of medical costs is weighing heavy on them.  

The goal is to raise money to help continue his rehab and other medical needs. Anything you can contribute is truly appreciated by the family. ❤️
