Hi my name is Scott two weeks before Christmas. I had an incident in my home I took a bad fall had like a cyst in my armpit. When I struggled to get up the cyst, kind of broke and within a day or two I was calling 911 because the drainage and the smell from that cyst was so foul that I couldn’t take it anymore ended up being the flesh eating virus. The Dr said I was hours away from dying because the infection was almost to my heart and if it reached my heart nothing could have been done. I was immediately rushed to a different hospital straight to surgery. I ended up having three surgeries in one week they removed 1/2 my chest. I stayed in the hospital till just after Christmas on the 27th then I was moved to an inpatient surgical rehab which I stayed until February 10. I finally came home. I have absolutely no money coming in. I have not been able to pay my rent which was due on the first and I am now being sent for eviction. Haven’t been able to pay my electric bill and some other bills because I have no money I’m waiting for my disability to go through and I don’t know what else to do. I have contacted some of those help groups that help with rent and power and all stuff and I was denied by all of them. I don’t know why I believe because they can’t know exactly when my disability is gonna come through so If I cant get help then I am going to become homeless anything will help
