Blackthorn Club Employee Relief Fund
Donation protected
As members of Blackthorn Club, we are blessed with the many offerings that our Club provides us with. These blessings begin with the wonderful staff that diligently serves us, whether it be in the restaurant, on the golf course, or in the golf shop.
As the events of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continue to unfold, we’d like to ask for your support in helping those who help us. As you may be aware, the hospitality industry is one of, if not, the hardest hit industry in all of this.
With Blackthorn currently operating with modified services, several front line employees have been laid off due to lack of work. These employees are part-time, hourly workers, many of whom are working their way through college. Almost all these employees live paycheck to paycheck.
In response to this, we are kindly asking for you to consider donating to help supplement any losses they may experience during this shutdown.
We thank you in advance for your consideration, and we look forward to the day when we can all gather together again at our beloved Blackthorn.
Sincerely,
Tommy and Semone Burleson
