I'm sharing our story with a heavy heart that my mothers life was taken way to soon by the lack of care provided by UC and the malpractice. Then to lead to complete starvation of my mother n the nursing home while she was receiving full OT AND PT. my mother passed away weighing 67 lbs.A 5’3 Skelton skin and organs in a female weights 44-68 lbs. They literally broke mom down to nothing but skin and bones. Please help me lay my mother to rest in this awful time of wrongful death and starvation. My mother was not on hospice so she suffered the whole way through.
