Hello, i dont like to ask for help, but im afaid i have no choice. My husband was hospitalized on July 22nd 2015. He was stung by a bee. He went into anaphalctic shock, cardiac arrest and flatlined 3xs. He has been left with anoxic brain damage., at 35 years old. The doctors told me to pull the plug, i absolutely refuse. He has since then come off life support, and is now only on a feeding tube. I was left with his two business to run, along with 3 children to raise, and a wonderful young man. He is 17., and lives with his daddy. The business are not doing well, im not Mike, but im doing my best. Someone has stolen our life savings, we had on reserve for expenses if needed.
Since our wonderful health care system isnt doing what is needed for his care, im bringing him home this week to care for him. I do have insurance, but it only goes so far. I am working for the school system. I had to resign a position i loved very much in order to care for him, i took a major decrease in pay. He is my husband, and i have to do what needs to be done to make sure he gets what he needs. We were coaches for our children, and board members for a rec league ran by wonderful people. It is a blessing to have such good friends in this time of need. He will probably never be able to coach. We have a long road ahead. He cant walk, talk, and can barely communicate. I have faith he will come back to us. I know i set a high goal, thats the amount that was stolen from us. Saying that, any little bit of help is a blessing.
