Matthew's road to recovery

On the night of July 11th, 2022, Matthew Santiago, age (33) had a terrible work

accident and suffered major injuries. He is in critical condition and has been

put

in a medically induced coma for the time being to give his body a chance to heal.

He has undergone four surgeries thus far and may have more to come in the future.

This last week has been very trying for his family and friends that know and love

him. Matthew is a fantastic man and an even better father.

Matthew and Sophia have made a beautiful family and life together. She and the kids are

waiting for the day he can finally come home to them as well as the rest of

his family. He has two daughters, Marissa (7) and Sophia (9), as well as taking on

the role and full responsibility of being a dad to Damian (5) and Catalina (3) who

he treats as one of his own.

At this time, we are asking for help from family, friends and the community for their prayers as well as help financially since Matt was the main provider

for their family. Amongst all the hardships that come with this tragic accident,

This leaves Sophia with the financial burden of maintaining the household and

raising their children. All while trying to balance work and medical school. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
