Bring Mercedes Home

Friends and family, on Friday September 10th 2021, our family suffered a tragic loss. Our father, Darin Moore, passed away and our mother is in critical condition battling life threatening injuries in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit. Unfortunately, our mother, Mercedes Moore, medical insurance expires on September 30th. We need your help to support her in the hospital and ensure she continues to receive medical treatment.

 

Darin was a loving father who wanted nothing but the best for his family and worked hard to ensure our needs were met.

 

Our mom, who remains in a medically induced coma, is a fighter. Her nurses are surprised she is alive considering the wounds she sustained, our family is not. Mercedes is the matriarch of the family, the eldest of three sisters and one brother. She has led our family for decades and continues to demonstrate strength and courage from her hospital bed.

 

Your donations will support her in the hospital, unfortunately we do not know how long she will be there. However, we remain hopeful that one day she will come home. Your donations will also allow our 8 year old brother, Denzel, to transition care to a family member. Remaining money will be deposited into a 529 College Savings Plan for Denzel.

 

Our family needs this financial support. Your financial contributions will soften the blow of this tragic event, allowing us to grieve. Our hope is to recover without debt and avoid financial instability.
