Help Jason keep his home

My name is Jason, a 40-year-old church organist from Indiana. Right now, I am struggling to keep my apartment.

I haven't worked in 5 months due to illness and recently got a cancer diagnosis a few days before my 40th birthday. I recently spent 3 weeks in the hospital due to complications and fell further behind. I am now taking chemo and radiation. If I'm able to catch up, I'll be fine because I'm able to do a little work now that will keep me where I need to be and up to date. But as of now, all the downtime set me back tremendously. Any help is greatly appreciated!
