I'm reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a plea for help after facing an unimaginable crisis.

Just when you thought life couldn't be more unpredictable, an unexpected tragedy has struck my family. My car had been parked in the driveway for three days, untouched, when it suddenly went up in flames. I don't have the words to explain how baffled me and my family are, but forever grateful that neither I nor anybody else was in the vehicle when it erupted in flames. But now my vehicle, a lifeline for daily necessities like commuting to work, getting groceries, and taking care of the family - including my three rescue dogs, our rabbit, and ever stoic gecko, Spike - has unexpectedly caught fire and is now completely undriveable.
