Owen's Top Surgery

I'm transgender and I'm planning on getting top surgery. initially, I was set up with a surgeon who took my insurance and I was on her waitlist for over a year- but then, about two months before my consult she announced she was leaving the hospital to set up her own practice, cancelling all of her 2020 patients, me included. 

Now, I'm set up with a new surgeon, Dr. Medalie in Cleveland, Ohio. unfortunately, he doesn't take insurance. the total cost for the surgery is $7,260. The total amount is due two weeks before surgery (March 11th). If i can't gather this amount, my current plan is to take out a health loan and slowly pay it off. any help u can give is appreciated, whether i'm able to pay the amount ion full, or whether it goes towards paying off the loan in the future. <3
