Financial Assistance Greatly Needed

It is with great mortification that I find myself having to write this plea. After months of thinking I could correct my financial issues with just working more overtime, my increasing health issues cut into me physically being able to do so as much as I once was, and my doctor put work length restrictions on my days. So unfortunately, as I am unable to do so, I find myself on the edge of complete failure. If not for the help of some very special people these last few months, I would have found my house being foreclosed on, my commuter car being repossessed, and on down the line. My phone is ringing off the hook with debt collectors wanting money I just don’t have.

All it took was one misstep after my new car was 95% totaled, due to no fault of my own in a crash. I had to get a rental car during this time for far longer than initially stated and had to pay upfront for the charges, which then took money away from my regular bills, which then started sliding further and further out of my reach to recover from, not to mention charges and prices increasing every day. I kept thinking I could do it on my own; however, I was wrong, and I am now completely underwater and months behind in all my bills.

At the risk of being judged and ridiculed, I am hoping and praying that there are some folks out there that can see it in their heart to help me before I lose everything and my utilities are turned off. My parents both passed years ago, and I have no children in life to turn to for help in this very desperate time for me. This world is a difficult place to navigate as a team, much less alone. This is not how I saw me entering my retirement years.
