Please Help Me Reach My Dream of Graduating College :)

Hi all :), my name is Mariana, and I’m raising funds to help pay the remaining $15,000 of my college tuition so I can attend the University of Tulsa this fall.

I’m originally from Colombia and moved to the U.S. four years ago. When I arrived, I didn’t speak any English, but I dedicated myself to learning the language, studying hard, and working toward my dream of earning a college degree.

I’ve maintained a 4.0 GPA, became a proud member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and was recently accepted into the Friends of Finance program at the University of Tulsa. I’ll also be working for the college’s Student Activities and Academic Board, which comes with an additional scholarship.

Thanks to these scholarships and grants, I was able to cover most of my $53,000 tuition. But I still need $15,000 by the last week of August to enroll, but I’m unable to qualify for federal aid due to my immigration status.

I work part-time, and my parents don’t earn enough to cover the remaining cost. That’s why I’m turning to my community and anyone who believes in the power of education and perseverance to ask for help.
