My name is Tobias Holm, and I am a 41-year-old patient from Denmark. I have been diagnosed with a malignant transformation of a teratoma, located in the pelvic and bladder region, with transformation to a colorectal-type adenocarcinoma. This is an extremely rare and complex condition. My disease is currently progressive, despite previous systemic chemotherapy.

I am in good physical condition, with no major comorbidities and a healthy lifestyle, so I'm not ready to give up. Hence this GoFundMe, to raise money for new and experimental treatment abroad.
