We lost a son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, friend and teammate. No amount of time or reason will ever explain this senseless tragedy.
EJ was a young man with unlimited talent. He played with passion. We will honor EJ's memory by living a life focused on doing right by those we love. He was a leader on the field. He acted like a senior when he was on the field lifting everybody up when we were down and always making bad situations better. He will be dearly missed by the whole city.
