Eileen Cotter
In September Eileen noticed a lump in her neck; after fighting with multiple doctors, getting a red itchy rash, and her PA finding swollen lymph nodes she finally got a biopsy. The day came and the results were not what we had hoped for but were prepared for. “Eileen, its Hodgkins Lymphoma” . Luckily she immediately was able to get into a cancer doctor. That very week was insane: 4 different MRIs a echocardiogram and a surgery to have a med port inserted into her neck area- mind you she was 21 weeks pregnant and there is the COVID-19 pandemic happening. Next up: chemo education class; that hit her hard. Now she was ready to start ABVD Chemo; she had her first of 12 sessions on the 26th. So now begins multiple baby appointments and cancer appointments.
Please keep Eileen and her family in your prayers, and please donate if you can!!
It’s scary enough with the pandemic going on- add a pregnancy and wow, now add finding out you
have cancer and your whole world turns upside down. Eileen will be missing a lot of work not to mention all the medical expenses, please help if you can!
Thank you!!
