Greyfriars Catholic School in Oxford is giving students the chance to go on a pilgrimage to Rome this upcoming March. This is an exceptional opportunity for students to grow spiritually and make new milestones in their faith. While in Rome, Greyfriars students will see monuments like the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and most importantly, the Vatican. They will get the chance to meet Pope Leo XIV and visit the tomb of our beloved Pope Francis (we are in a trust named after him). For most students, this will be their first trip abroad and their first pilgrimage.

We need help because the trip is a financial burden to many in the school’s community, as we are located in a disadvantaged area of Oxford, and the students can only go on this once-in-a-lifetime experience with the help of local parishes, organisations, and generous friends.
