I have started this fundraiser in order to help my dear friend Michael Brock and his family who were recently displaced by a fire that claimed all their worldly possessions and left their home uninhabitable. Michael, his wife and two daughters (ages 8 and 4) were fortunately not at home at the time of the fire and firefighters were able to save the family cat Elisa however, the emotional toll and uncertainty for the future have deeply impacted this family.  The fire damage and soot took from them, everything they had. The girls' clothing, bedding, toys and other necessities and comfort items were all unsaveable. In addition to losing everything they had, they only have temporary shelter and are desperately in need of more permanent housing. This is a hard working family who have been impacted by this tragic accident, firefighter's believe faulty wiring was to blame.
