It is with great sadness that we have to say goodbye to my father Charles D'Amato, a beloved father, uncle, brother, and partner. Charlie was a character in every which way and loved by all. He has been a friend to many starting in Long Island spending over 40 years in Hudson Valley New York, and recently moving to Amelia Island Florida. If you were fortunate enough to have met and gotten to know Charles you would have experienced his witty character and humble giving heart and will remember his willingness to always help someone out, whether it be physically or emotionally, and his love for telling “dad jokes”.

Unfortunately, Charles was a victim of Covid and passed away far too soon. This is a gesture of just trying to alleviate some of the financial burden his Daughter Danielle will be encountering over this difficult time with funeral expenses.
