Support Hannah's Fight Against Breast Cancer

Donation protected
Thank you for taking time to read Hannah’s story and current circumstances. If you weren’t before, you are now part of her village!

On Friday, April 26th Hannah received the results of her biopsy resulting in a stage 1 breast cancer diagnosis. At 33 years old - she, her family, and her friends were in complete shock. Doctors seem to be optimistic as this was caught early. (Already an answered prayer!) As many know, with a diagnosis comes a waiting game. Many questions and worries won’t be answered or relieved until time, appointments, and results come and pass.

Hannah’s doctors recommended a double mastectomy. With prayer and many conversations, Hannah has chosen this as a first round of treatment with hopeful prevention for the future. This surgery is scheduled for Monday, May 20th. The recovery time is said to be 4-6 weeks. During that time more tests will be run to see when, if any, further treatment will be needed.

God’s timing is always perfect. A phrase Hannah and loved ones have on repeat in their minds. In March, Hannah closed on her first home - a condo in Cedarburg. As a new home owner, Hannah was ready to take on all it had to offer. Medical bills were nothing Hannah had foreseen being added to a new mortgage payment and all the other wonderful blessings homeowners need to purchase. A small bit of financial help could take a few burdens off her shoulders during a time her load is heavy to bear.

Hannah is the most selfless, loving, ‘always showing up for you no matter what’ kind of friend, daughter, sister, colleague, and person in general. As someone who constantly does things for others, some individuals might be looking for a way to show up for her. If financially helping is a way for you, any donation will be truly valued, appreciated, and held close to her heart.

God has got this. Hannah and those around her have already seen His hand during this process. Her faith, God’s words, and prayer are what Hannah is clinging to during this time.
Please share Hannah's story in hopes that more will storm His throne on her behalf. It would mean the world to her.

“Cast Care aside, lean on your guide.
His boundless mercy will provide.
Lean and the trusting you will see,
That Christ is Lord Eternally.”
