Medical expenses and bills

My name is Alex and I am asking for help with my medical and utility bills. I have recently been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer that has now moved to my liver. Unfortunately I have had to stop working to begin treatments. I have always been a dedicated hard worker and would do anything to help others. This is hard for me to ask for help but my family and I are in need. I am a father to two kids under 16 and a husband. Anything you could do to help would be much appreciated, even a prayer.
