Hey, friends and family! Emily ("Spice Girl") here.

I've just completed the Northern half of the Appalachian Trail, a 1,165-mile trek from Harpers Ferry, WV to the summit of Katahdin in Maine. It has been such a joy to share my experiences with you through my Facebook blog,
Emily Hikes the Appalachian Trail. 

The overwhelming support I've received continues to blow me away every day and it has gotten me through the tougher moments on the trail.
