Neck and back surgery needed!

My name is Angelika , I am 49 years old and I have been working as a selfemployed house keeper for the past 27 years . Recently I was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis, neuroforaminal stenosis  and congenital canal stenosis in my neck and lower back. I have two herniated discs in my neck and since my spinal canal  is too  narrow  ( normally it is12- 15mm) mine is measuring 9mm the highest and 6.8mm the lowest they have crushed my spinal cord to 3mm ( normal should be 6mm ) there is no fluid around the cord and it's not protected making me vulnerable to become a quadriplegic . The same problem is in my lower back and the cord and the nerves are pinched . I have constant pain and need surgeries in both areas as soon as possible. 
The discs in the neck will have to be removed completely, they will insert some plastic spacers and put in a titanium plate to stabilize my neck from further damage .
the disc in the lower back will also have to be removed and the bones will be fused together .
I am a divorced self supporting person and have to work everyday to make a living .  Since I am self employed I don't qualify for State disability and Social security. Social security will not support me unless I have not worked for one year . I have been trying to do some working but it is becoming more difficult every day because of the pain and weakness of my muscles. I have covered California insurance and they will pay for most of my surgery expenses but I really do need help with the after care . i don't have a lot of time to get the surgeries because everyday I am getting worse.
