Four years ago, my family got new that turned our world upside down. I found out I had stage four of a rare form of lymphoma. I went through surgeries and treatment. We are thankful today that I am cancer free. We are raising money for a surgery that I need to have. The doctors had to take many lymph nodes out of my leg. Due to the surgeries, I have severe lymphedema in my right leg. I have to have a lymph bypass. There is nowhere in North Carolina that does the surgery. I have to travel to Ohio to have the surgery. I also have to devote the next two years going back and forth to Ohio. We are trying to raise money to pay for housing because they do not have housing for families. Any amount would be appreciated.
