Medical Alert Dog

Hi, my name is Rebekah Ethington and I am fundraising to get a medical alert dog. I have been in the Intensive Care Unit 10 times in the last 14 months due to diabetic ketoacidosis despite exercising and eating a very strict diet and wearing a continuous glucose monitor. I nearly lost my life four times. A medical alert dog can detect blood sugar changes 15 minutes before a medical device. The dog will also be trained to detect my blood glucose levels when it's sleeping, so it can awaken me when my life is in danger. The dog will also be able to detect a urinary tract infection so that it can be treated before it triggers ketoacidosis. This will be life-saving for me. I need help with raising $30,000 to get the trained dog that I need.
