Hi my name is Jadza, I came in here to ask for help.

I got married in 2015, I loved my husband, and we had a child together.

2021 he convinced me to move to the US. In 2022 my husband decided to divorce, after 6 month in the immigration case taken my rights to live in the U.S, he is withdrawing his sponsorship in my green card process, to take my child full custody and also he trapped me here, because he has hidden my child’s passports.

Today a have not even hot water in the house, gas in the car, I have papers to file at court and pay the fees for the custody case, and no money, being poor as poor can be, in the USA, are terrifying, there is no aid here and money rules.

I can deal with everything, but when Laura ask me for things and I can’t provide it really devastating and she learned “mama has no money”.

The duress the I was put in to sign a custody agreement that I disagreed, put me in this situation he really withdraw the sponsorship to my green card, because he wants the custody in his terms.

I have longer have the right to work or travel back to see my family or my aging parents, or rent a house, or have a credit card.

I begged him many times “if my father gets sick I will never see him again please ”, “I am someone’s daughter, please”, “please don’t take my child away”, “I just want to be able to work, please” nothing works, I hurt his feelings.

I have a legal battle coming and I have no resources against my all American citizen/ six figures salary husband and his legal team, and I don’t want lose my child, please help me!
