This Go Fund Me campaign is to support the Guzman family. As many of you know, Luis Guzman had been taking time off due to “stomach issues”. In January 2019, he was diagnosed with stage IV metastatic stomach cancer. Despite 2 different chemo therapies and immunotherapy, the cancer spread aggressively and Luis's health diminished rapidly. After a short admission to hospice where he was surrounding by the love of his family, Luis died holding his wife Gretchen's hand.
The donations you provide will help the family of four with expenses incurred during Luis' illness as well as to help as they adjust to losing a second income. My sister Gretchen has devoted all of her time to Luis over the last 10 months. She gives endlessly to others and now its our opportunity to help her.
