#EFT 2020 Fundraiser

Energy FinTwit or EFT is a ragtag group of energy industry professionals - company, industry, bankers, buyside, sellside, PE, consultants, commodity traders, media, executives and many other collective personalities and backgrounds with one thing in common - misery loves company. 

Unquestionably, the 2014-2020 oil and Energy market downturn has hardened anyone associated with US oil and natural gas.  But this year - 2020 - has been brutal beyond compare for the industry.  COVID-19 wrecked product and oil demand.  Capital markets are shuttered for many.   Tens of thousands of Energy industry workers have lost their jobs. 

One of the common refrains from EFT is the idea that Energy blue collar professionals take it on the chin the hardest when downturns hit.  Heads you win,  tails I lose for many. 

Now is the chance for EFT to put our money where out mouths are and help those most in need this holiday season and into 2021 to get back on their feet. 

Oilfield Helping Hands  Inc (OHH) primary goal is "Helping Oilfield Families in Crisis."  We have vetted OHH and been given assurance these donations will be a near-100% pass-through to needy recipients.  They have chapter in Houston, the Permian and the Rockies.

This gofundme is set up as a direct pass through to OHH, via PayPal Giving Fund, a 501(c)(3) charity.
