This just happens to be Feliciano's favorite quote. This just happens to be who he IS.

Feliciano has dedicated his life to serving others in our community. Starting as a volunteer of Civil Defense and Emergency Services until he retired as a volunteer from St. Thomas Rescue, Inc, his life has been dedicated to citizens of the territory by providing life-saving responses.

Recently Feliciano has been experiencing personal medical issues. It is our turn to help him by offsetting his medical expenses by donating. While the medical team at The Roy Lester Schneider Hospital is doing their best to address Former President Feliciano's care, the rising cost of medical services has caused individuals to struggle to attain affordable healthcare.
