Immigration Fees

I have been living in the UK since 1993. Since that time I have had to apply for a residency permit 4 times. The last time was in late 2016, at that time I sought ILTR, Indefinite leave to remain but was again given a limited time of only 3 years.
I have 2 children that were born here, now 19 and 21. I have a long standing partner with whom I live for the past 23 years. She is a visual and performing artist who has had her income slashed as a result of COVID-19. I am on social security now that I have attained 66 years of age. My SS benefit amounts to about £350 per month. I have no other income.
I am faced with a situation where in 1 month I will have to apply for a renewed residency permit, incurring a cost of a solicitor, (<£1450) and the Home Office fees (<£2400) and a contribution towards NHS of a minimum of £400 for 3 years totalling £1200. This amounts to a whopping sum of £5050!
Without this, I will be forced to leave the UK, my family, and honestly at this stage of my life, I have nowhere else to go. I am a cardiac patient, retired, and we are in the midst of a pandemic.
I have never been in this position in my life where I have sought the financial help of others, but at this point, I have no alternative but to sincerely ask that anyone who can, please donate so that I can continue to live here with my family.
I must be able to make my application by the 15th of July, 2020.
